Director Sirote Duangratana further explained that this strict approach was due to illegal taxis that have been causing trouble in the airport. This regulation was enforced to manage the violators as part of Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport’s security measures. Violators will face 2,000 baht fine, and will be recorded in the airport’s database.
